Japanese Whisky Flight

Toki Blended Japanese Whisky - Basil, green apple and honey on the nose. Fruity on the palate with notes of green apple, grapefruit and thyme. Subtly sweet and spicy finish with vanilla oak, white pepper and ginger.

Hatozaki Small Batch - Malt, dried fruits and a hint of smokey sandalwood on the nose. Heavy hit of malt, aromatic spices, dried fruit and toasted cereal on the palate with a creamy vanilla undertone. Delicate smoke and sweet honey on the finish. 

Yoichi Single Malt - Lemon, pear and white grape on the nose. Very fruit forward taste, notes of pineapple, pear, yuzu and orange all backed by a malt note. Medium finish with notes of orange and bergamot with a light hint of chocolate.

Irish Whiskey Flight

Jamesons Crested - Sweet aromas of maple butter with a hint of citrus marmalade and warming ginger and cloves. Creamy vanilla and malt backed with coconut and honey-toffee, soft stone fruits and spiced nuts. Long finish with honeyed sweetness and gentle oak spice. 

Bushmill 10 - Zesty citrus and honey with lingering vanilla and milk chocolate on the nose. Mellow notes of vanilla and milk chocolate continue on the palate, with fresh honeysuckle and delicate toasted oak. A crisp finish with lingering softness.

Redbreast 12 Year - A nutty, rich aroma of dried peels, ginger and linseed with a hint of melon. The nuts and citrus flow into the palate backed by marzipan, dried fruits amd a touch of sherry. A long creamy finish with notes of custard and spice.

Speyside Innovators Flight

Aberlour 12 Year - Rich nose of honey, pear and toffee. Smooth palate with tangy orange, red apple, liquorice and almond. Smooth, sweet finish with a touch of spice.

The Balvenie 14 Year Caribbean Cask - Rich aromas of passionfruit and toffee. Sweet vanilla on the palate with hints of apple and mango. Lingering vanilla dominant finish.

Craigellachie 17 Year - Fruity aromas with apple, melon and raisins with a hint of smoke. Sweet opening palate with pineapple giving way to classic Craigellachie 'meatiness' with a lingering smoky finish.

The Macallan Double Flight

Macallan Double Cask 12 Year - Fudge, candied citrus and vanilla on the nose. Milk chocolate and creamy toffee on the palate, with hints of citrus and spice. Medium finish with lingering soft sweet oak. 

Macallan Double Cask 15 Year - Aromas of dried fruit and butterscotch with baked apples and chocolate. Raisin and sultana on the palate with gentle cinnamon, nutmeg and creamy vanilla. Medium finish with lingering oak and spice. 

Macallan Double Cask 18 Year - (2023 Release) Dried fruit and rich toffee on the nose with candied citrus, ginger and hints of nutmeg. A palate of raisin, sultana and dried apricot with treacle, vanilla and ginger balance with toasted wood spice and baked apple. Long finish with lingering warm oak and citrus.

High Roller Flight

Facundo Paraiso Rum - Subtle, complex nose with hints of biscotti, nutmeg, honeycomb and plum. Luxurious body that builds on the nose with pralines, caramel and a gentle touch of sweet pea. A long luxuriously nuanced finish. 

Loch Dhu 10 Year Whiskey - Strong nose of espresso, walnuts and dark treacle. Intense coffee on the palate, backed by subtle citrus and roasted nuts. Medium finish of heavily charred wood and an almost medicinal smoke. 

Weller Antique 107 Wheated Bourbon - Rich, sweet aromas of caramel, vanilla and butterscotch with soft hints of cherry. Complex palate with sweet maple and whipped caramel, crisp red apple and notes of cinnamon, oak char and pepper. Long finish with lingering spice and brown sugar with subtle toasted oak.
